Inliner Technologies, LLC. – Cured-in-place Pipe (CIPP)

Since 1986, Inliner technologies have been used all over the world to protect, seal, and renew over 8,000,000 feet of pipe and other structures. The unique benefit of employing a trenchless pipe renewal system is both time and cost-effectiveness: no expensive and disruptive excavation is required. Eliminating the need for excavations can lead to cost savings up to 40 to 50 percent. contributing to a considerable decrease in the overall cost of maintaining a piping system.

Cured-in-place pipe is the most versatile method available for pipe renewal: it is the only technology that can span a size range of 4 to 96 inches in diameter; renew pipes with bends, concentric, or eccentric diameter changes, pipes with non-circular shapes (i.e., egg-shaped, and elliptical pipes), and gravity or pressure pipe. Cured-in-place liners are installed in contiguous segments of up to several thousand feet, which means enhanced pipe. Our materials are currently specified to a minimum 50-year design life, but advances in resin technology and accelerated testing indicate that life expectancy may be much longer than 50 years.

Through our network of licensed installers, Inliner Technologies is comprised of more than 100 people committed to marketing, sales, engineering, and installation of the Inliner products.
