Inliner Technologies, LLC. is one of the largest cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) renewal companies in the U.S. With four licensees and approximately 100 marketing, sales, engineering and installation staff employed within the Inliner network, the company's technology has been utilized to perform pipe renewal projects in the U.S. and Canada since 1989. Inliner Technologies is owned by utility contracting firm Reynolds Inliner, LLC., a wholly owned subsidiary of Layne Christensen.
Inliner's licensees are contracted by municipalities and manufacturing-based companies to renew storm, waste, and process sewer piping that have been damaged by corrosion and/or structural deterioration. CIPP technology allows for the renewal of damaged underground pipe without excavation. The process minimizes disruption to the public by reducing noise, traffic disturbance, and road damage – and can be done within a far shorter time frame, and for less cost than replacement.
Inliner Technologies has two patented features that offer customers a superior result: ResinGuard™ and StretchGuard™. ResinGuard is a patented impermeable membrane that protects the felt from resin washout, drag-off, squeeze-out and contamination, and allows the resin system to form a mechanical lock with the pipe. The StretchGuard™ tube minimizes the stretch that occurs when liner is pulled or inverted, assuring adherence to ASTM 1216, which specifies proper liner thickness.
Inliner Technologies provides a host of services to its licensees, including engineering, technical support, national marketing, training, certification, ongoing process improvements, and research and development.
More than 12 million feet of pipe have been renewed using the Inliner process through our network of trained installers located in the United States and Canada.
